- All hackers and teams must be present on-site at NDRC to participate and present their projects. No virtual presentations will be accepted.
- Participants must create a working demonstration based on submission guidelines (below).
- Participants retain ownership of IP they create duing the hackathon.
- API sponsors retain ownership of the IP in their APIs.
- Participants are required to agree to sponsors' terms and conditions to access APIs.
- Participants are not required to use a sponsor API to win of the Tnooz prizes, but are required to use a sponsor API to be eligible to win a prize for best use of a sponsor API.
- Only sponsor APIs are eligible to be used for proprietary APIs included in projects.
- Participants may use any open and discoverable API, such a social logins, maps and other open databases of information.
- Decisions of the judges are final in the awarding of prizes.
- Prize winners are responsible for any and all taxes associated with prizes.
